These terms cover your use of Orbilua, published by NNtrSoftwr. By using the app, you agree to them.
Health and safety
Orbilua helps you record your period and cycle. It is not a medical device. It does not give a diagnosis or medical advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional.
Predictions are estimates. They may be wrong, even if your cycles are usually regular. Do not use Orbilua's predictions as contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy.
The app makes no promise about health outcomes. Talk to a qualified health professional about symptoms, contraception, pregnancy, or any other health concern. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency number.
Plans and billing
Some features require Premium, sold through Google Play. The price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. If a plan offers a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. After cancellation, access normally lasts until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling Orbilua does not cancel your subscription. See Google Play's cancellation instructions.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and any rights you have under applicable law.
Your data
Your privacy is protected. The Privacy Policy explains how Orbilua handles your information and the choices available to you.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Orbilua. Do not copy, resell, modify, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
No warranty
We work to keep Orbilua accurate and running. To the extent the law allows, it is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NNtrSoftwr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app. Its total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. These terms do not limit rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Using the app after that means you accept the new version, subject to applicable law.
